As an organizational strategist, consultant and executive coach, I use an appreciative inquiry approach that builds on individual strengths and organizational assets. I bring to my work three decades working inside higher education institutions, healthcare, nonprofits, and media organizations in addition to experience working as a consultant and leadership advisor to varied clients. In 2020, I joined the North American consulting firm Segal as a Vice President in the Organizational Effectiveness Practice

My Approach to Organizational Strategy & Design

I believe in the power of leveraging strengths and diverse perspectives. Highlighting what is working rather than focusing on what is wrong, makes it possible for people and organizations to approach transformation with energy and optimism.

In addition to expertise in leadership development, organizational culture and design, strategic planning, human resources, and crisis management, my clients benefit from my diverse network of experts in the areas of board development, crisis communication, executive search, marketing and branding, responsibility-centered budgeting, and philanthropic strategy.
